Meadow wasn’t always a rabbit of the land.

Once, she sat beneath fluorescent lights, trapped in a maze of gray cubicles. Her days were spent inside slide decks and Slack messages, her dreams buried under performance reviews. Everyone around her said this was success: sit still, climb quietly, and trade your time for stability.

But Meadow couldn’t shake the feeling that something was off.

That maybe success wasn’t meant to feel like slow suffocation.

One day, she followed a different instinct—a memory of family, soil and slowness.

It Started with Mushrooms...

She made her first investment in her very-own family-run mushroom farm: The Easterday Mushroom Company.

No suits. No spreadsheets. Just love, labor, and mushrooms.

That’s where something shifted.
